If You are the original purchaser of the Spire Studio hardware recording device and any accompanying accessories (collectively, “Product”) forom iZotope and are not completely satisfied with the Product for any reason, You may return it, within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase (“Purchase Date”), for a full refund of the price paid for the Product at the time of purchase (“Purchase Price”) provided, however, that You (i) request and obtain a return authorization number from iZotope Customer Care at (ii) return the Product in good condition (not physically broken or damaged), together with any accessories that were included with Your original purchase and (iii) include the return authorization number with Your return.
